“Good hotel, at a reasonable price ”

“Property was clean. Staff was awful. Had a bad experience with the check in person where they didn’t talk to me in a respectful way. I left a note for the manager who thought I was making it up or something & told me not to come back. Bad customer service from 2 people back to back at this location. The next hotel on my travel treated me great. Top tier customer service. Here, they think they can talk to you any kind of way and as long as you end up with a room key, alls well. No, I used to work...

“Great staff, clean, good breakfast. Just some wear and tear in the room. Would stay again”

“No one to greet you upon arrival , rang bell and waited for him to come. No one at front desk upon departure. Only one person for those two things, who also was setting up breakfast. Limited items for breakfast,,.the dining room wasn't cleaned up. Our room was above check in desk and reception area where this person and family (2 small children) were playing, squealing and fussing until 10:30 pm when we went out to ask them to quiet down so we could get some sleep.”

“I loved the experience of the hospital. Breakfast was great. I loved the pool there and I went to the jayhawk game 1 of the season and they won.. me and my family enjoyed the stay .. I highly recommend again.”

“Needs renovation, sagging ceiling tiles in the bathroom, bathtub faucet broken. Drywall next to AC unit waterlogged. Smells like people smoked there even if it's a non-smoking room. The pillows were stained. I'm not mad it's expected from a motel 6”
